What To Expect

We will depart Miami Beach on a brand new air conditioned Motor coach with a tour guide to the Everglades National Park. We will pass downtown Miami and Bayside market place. Travel through the Est coast buffer water reserve which aligns the everglades.

1) the trip didn’t take place because the park was closed; however, the website let us register anyway 2) we spent $100 in Uber fee’s getting to the departure point only to find out trip was canceled 3) we were given the option of another trip, it then started raining and the only seating was on the top of the bus, in the rain. This type of service is totally unacceptable.

As another reviewer stated this is NOT a tour to the Everglades National Park! The area we were taken to was not bad but it’s not as advertised. From the beginning the check in process was complete chaos. They were selling tours and checking people in for tours in the same line. They had a small area of a building with 3 employees (which one stopped to vape before proceeding with the next person in line) to check in and sell tours. After being loaded into jammed packed bus we were then told some people were doing a different tour and we would be dropping them off first. There is no mention of this in the description. For people with only a day in Miami, the time could be better spent. Also, their tour operator was not wearing a mask and did not enforce their mask policy. The Covid protocols stated in the description for this tour ensures masks would be worn, hand sanitizer would be available, and social distancing would be maintained. None of which was true. We were crammed next to each other most without masks. My husband was sneezed on by an older child more than once. The A/C was turned off after we started to drive and being on a double decker bus we couldn’t even ask the driver to turn it on. There was mention of paying $5 extra to sit where you could actually see out of the window as they drove through the area. I’m not sure if anyone took them up on the offer considering the windows were dirty and had hand and fingerprint smudges. My advice is choose another tour company and make sure they actually give you what they describe and advertise.

Tour was very well organized and have a good history of the Everglades and ecosystem. Captain Dan was excellent and very patient with the kids
