A really successful day all round. The communication from Wild Lime Adventures was impeccable, after booking we received confirmation with all the documents, a reminder the day before the tour and later direct contact via WhatsApp. Unfortunately we were outside the transfer radius and had the choice of either driving directly to the meeting point at the operator or choosing a meeting point, we drove down ourselves. The tour with the propeller boat was great, the driver showed us a lot and there was a lot to see from herons to alligators. Halfway through there was a lecture on an island in an abandoned village, about history, way of life, etc., a small circular walk and back to the propeller boat. Then a guided tour at a ranger station, with a lecture on the canal and alligators in general. The shared lunch in the blue crab was delicious, drinks were included as was the food. After the meal there was another walk with explanations of the swamp and the local forests. Finally the boat trip through the "1,000 Islands", we were lucky that dolphins followed us, but even without them it would have been a very interesting trip. Conclusion: my wife and I had a really great day, everyone we dealt with was friendly and competent. You had the feeling that everyone was trying to get the best possible result for us and for us the day was an absolute highlight and worth every dollar.

I know our trips are not cheap, so thank you for taking a moment to be so thorough about what you enjoyed from the day and why you felt it was worth it! We are truly grateful that you chose us to see the real Everglades, and that you took some time to share this wonderful review. Thank you!

Two great boat tours (Mongroves / Everglades), lunch OK, small snacks and drinks included, the walk is manageable, a third canoe tour would be more interesting, for example, or a walk through the water. Because of the distances, you can't avoid a lot of sitting in the minivan...

Thanks for coming on our tour. And thanks for the feedback. You might enjoy one of our other tours (one that involves kayaking and another that involves a wet hike) next time. They are more active. We really appreciate you coming out there with us!

Great day trip that I can recommend to everyone! Everything was taken care of down to the last detail, from transport to food and even ponchos, sunscreen and snacks/drinks were constantly available. Lindsay guided our tour and enthusiastically told us a lot about the environment and the animals. During this tour they clearly work with respect for people and animals. They respect nature, which I think is very important. It was a great day. We were also lucky enough to find a bear a few meters away, which made the tour completely unforgettable. (Unfortunately, our propeller boat was canceled due to thunder, but that was understandable.)
