We were impressed with William who picked us up from our hotel and drove us to the Everglades. Airboat ride was exciting and we actually saw some alligators in their natural environment. Alligator show was ok and quite informative, however we declined to have a photo with the baby alligator with its mouth taped shut as this just didn’t sit well with us.

It was great to have pick up and drop off included. When we arrived, it was a pleasant surprise to be given vip stickers, bottled water, and ponchos (it was rainy). The boat ride itself was a lot of fun, and I was also surprised at how many alligators we saw. The gator show at the end was my least favorite part. Some of the jokes were not appropriate for our 3 and 5-year-old kids. It would’ve been nice if that was just more informational.
