That we never got to on the excursion! Received 3 emails/texts with tickets from October 21 to October 28 saying our pickup time was 1 pm. At 1:30 I called and was told pickup time was 2:15. Could not wait that long due to other commitments. Would like a refund or voucher for future excursions.

Capt. Juan (“One”) was an awesome and affable guide…great knowledge and sense of humor. The Everglades, themselves, are beyond description of words or photos - have to see them in person!
