Cruising in the airboat was very enjoyable, the guide was fun and knowledgeable. The alligator show was less enjoyable. Too short and not particularly interesting.

The whole trip from the time we were picked up at our hotel to being returned, everyone was helpful & friendly. We have been on many tours over the years & this was one of the best!!

Great staff: from our driver, Bruce, who was friendly and attentive, to the captain (Warrick?) and the aligator expert, all of them were amazing and devoted to their customers. We only saw alligators at the show as they don't like rainy days and stayed at the bottom of the river, but we enjoyed our airboat ride and the view of the wildlife and vegetation. Regarding caged animals, I know that they are not supposed to survive in the wild due to their peculiarities, but I would prefer that they had open spaces or were in larger facilities.
