John, our van driver, was great - very knowledgeable and did a great job of keeping us informed and organized. Our airboat captain also was very knowledgeable and did a superb job in making sure all had ample opportunities to see and get their pictures of wildlife encountered as well as give detailed info on the Everglades ecosytem. Alligator encounter after airboat ride was well worth the trip by itself!
