We enjoyed the air-boat ride and alligator show tremendously. The air-boat guide was tremendous about ensuring that everyone was able to see the wildlife, turning the boat so that people sitting on either side of the boat could see and take photos. His commentary was easy to hear and understand. We were also very happy to learn that we could leave our bags on the bus securely and be transported to the airport. It was a bit confusing knowing where to find the bus picking us up from the Everglades Port, but the driver was very helpful in getting us to the correct location eventually. The other slight disappointment was discovering that other people on the bus seemed to have a significantly lower price for their tickets than we did.

This was a great experience would have given it a 5 if we went a little deeper into the glades and did some faster runs and turns. Short straight was all . Saw 5 alligators and jimbo made sure both sides got plenty of opportunities to view up close. He spotted an osprey and stopped for us all to get plenty of pics. The gator show was very good information on gators was good. I would definetly do the VIP tour 2 free pics to the front of the lines. Very worth the extra.

Superb day on the water, with a witty and knowledgeable captain who obviously had a personal bond with the animals he showed us. Far better than I imagined it would be, informative, and appropriately humane and focused on keeping the area as safe for the birds and fish and gators 🐊 as can be.
