Driver is very informative and knowledgeable. Free pics with gator baby. Buses are very comfortable and fully air conditioned.

Our guide/driver Eric was very knowledgeable and personable! Airboat ride and alligator show was a lot of fun. Loved that they picked us up from the hotel and dropped us off which made for a enjoyable experience

I took my kids to the Everglades and we had an excellent experience. Our driver Thomas collected us from our hotel in Miami and dropped us off at the end of the trip. He was very friendly and helpful during our morning at the Everglades. During the boat excursion on the canals, we saw four alligators, in addition to several birds and beautiful nature around us. We also saw a show by the Gator Boys and got a complimentary photo with a baby alligator. Really nice day and great organization at the park.
