The tour was fine but the organisation appalling. The pickup was due at 09.00 . Phoned at 09.15 and the driver said he was 5 minutes away , a lie. Phoned at 9.45 and driver said he was outside the hotel , he wasn't , a lie . He finally arrived at 09.55 without any apology. On the return he dropped off most of the people and started picking up guests for another tour before finally dropping us off.

Everglades boat and show fine but NEVER use this operator again

A great tour - saw several alligators, iguanas, birds and of course the plant life. We learned the history and ecosystem from our good captain Chris who explained things so well. We were also entertained by our driver Tom with commentary and a plethora of knowledge on our way to and from the Park.
