The trip was great - Tommy picked us up in the lobby, gave us a great tour on the way to the Everglades, and delivered us to Captain Chaos who was AWESOME - took us all over on the airboat which was very cool and actually found us a real alligator to see! And he maneuvered the boat around quickly so that each side of the boat got to see the gator up close. The alligator show afterward was about 15 min fun and interesting and then Tommy took us back. We tipped Tommy and Captain Chaos well since they delivered such a great experience. Would highly recommend this tour!

Enjoyed the day, but really was put off by the blatant in your face we do this for tips when the fact that we actually pay for the trip and excursion. The driver Gratuities Accepted the airboat driver I will be at the front with my bucket the alligator handler I am a volunteer tips gratefully accepted

I am guessing that all are not paid, so the fee for the excursion goes where ??

FYI. I tipped, Driver, Handler and Boat Driver, also bought from the shop and café..........

Had a great time! Hotel pickup was convenient with friendly and informative guide. The hour-long boat tour itself was excellent. Saw several alligators and other wildlife with lots of information from the captain. And the show afterwards was fun.
