Ms. Debbie was a wonderful guide and so knowledgeable! She truly loves her job and it comes through in all the things that were pointed out along our hike. The hike is 2 miles up and back, very doable for non-hikers. I highly recommend!

Alexandra was fantastic. She's very friendly, knowledgeable on different plants and berries. She's accommodating when our daughter had to go back to use the bathroom. We had a amazing hike in the Smokey Mountains!

Even though we got lost finding the Visitor’s center, the staff and our tour guide were very accommodating to us, and we really appreciate it. Our tour guide even offered to give us a tour of the beginning part that we missed, which was very kind of her to do. She was very friendly, relatable, and easy to talk to. It was very nice, as hiking is new for our family, and we learned a lot that day. Our tour guide also encouraged us to explore and to consider trying one of the self-guided hikes, which we DID! It was WONDERFUL for our family!
