Collin was a superb tour guide, on time, witty, and fun to hang out with. He was very knowledgable and shared a lot of interesting history of the area we explored from northeast Minneapolis, to the north loop and into the warehouse district. I am from the area and still learned so much! I enjoyed the variety of bars we visited, contrasting historical with modern, each with their own interesting character and appealing ambience. Especially appreciated the delightful unique craft cocktails and intimate setting at one off the beaten path bar, and also the lovely bourbon options recommended by knowledgable and entertaining bar staff at another bar with very charming ambience where we got to chat a while with the friendly owner. The tour began and ended on time though we lingered a while longer at the final stop because we didn't really want the tour to end.
The walking aspect of the tour was easy. My sister and I are in our 60's/70's and had no problem but we did wear good walking shoes. The city lights and along the river were beautiful as we walked between bars since in late November it was already getting dark.
