Overall experience was excellent, JJ was our tour guide, he was friendly and he made riding the ATV very easy, it’s a 10/10 for me.

I did not get to experience the ATV ride. I called the number on my receipt to let the place know I was running ten minutes late. The number was the incorrect number. When I arrived to the farm, I called the number on the sign. I explained to the man I was late and asked if I could still ride. He asked how did I book my ticket. I explained that I purchased it online through viator. The man said okay, that it was okay if I still participated in the ATV experience then said the instructor, Matthew, would be there shortly. I waited for 30 minutes yet no one arrived. More guests arrived yet no instructor. I called the number back to get an update about where the instructor was. The man on the phone said Matthew will arrive in four minutes. I waited past that four minute time estimate yet no instructor showed up. I waited for an entire hour from the time I first called

They do not care if you get hurt on the 4 wheeler. My cousin flipped over on her four wheeler and we had just started driving she wasn’t on the 4 wheeler not even 10 min. They charge $50 per atv and $30 insurance she didn’t even get a chance to ride her own atv she rode with me and they still charged her the whole full price .lied and Said she jumped off her atv on purpose who tf jumps off a atv on purpose to hurt them selves she literally flipped over in a ditch her skin was bruised and her finger was swollen. They refuse to at least give $50 back for the atv . They should have a person in the front riding and a person in the back to watch the riders and make sure the riders are safe. I wouldn’t recommend them at all go somewhere else to ride I’m a RN & I had to make sure my friend wasn’t badly hurt . Do not go to then go somewhere else . They only want their money they do not care about nothing else .
