Wow! That word sums up my experience with Michelle and Alaska Outdoor Gear Rental. They delivered accurate sizes to my hotel based on height and weight. The aurora was kicking off so they delivered a day early at no additional expense so I could catch the aurora. I am from the south and have never been in this kind of extreme weather. So I was scared. Michelle and her team answered my questions over phone and everything is accurate. The clothes make all the difference and the rental cost very affordable. The clothes were clean and in great condition. I highly recommend Michelle and Alaska Outdoor Gear Rental.

My family and I got all the gear we needed for 4 days of Aurora watching in Coldfoot! I was toasty warm with the coat, bib, boots, and gloves provided. I also loved the flexibility of being able to pick up and drop off the gear until 9:00 pm!!
