Was very excited to take my vacation to Fl. And do the chocolate kingdom tour. Had gone on Groupon and bought my tickets in April. That's how I learned about the tour. I made an booklet itinerary, so several things where planned and bought ahead of time. This way there would be no worries on money and availability. Imagine my surprise and shock when I was told they would not honor my Groupon voucher. It didn't expire til Sept 3rd, 2021. But they said that they stopped using them and they were afraid thay if they took it they wouldn't get their money. This guy put a blight on an activity I was really looking forward too. He said he would give me a good price , but it was the same as what my girlfriend and husband paid. No deal , it was coupon price. I have now paid $74.00 for my tickets. And now I have to reap the frustration of either trying to contact Groupon. Which I'm trying, but so far not successding in doing, to recover my money or loose that money. I'm a single mom. Working with covid as a respiratory therapist. Plus I've just learned I have a liver disease. I need every penny I can get. Don't know if or when I'll ever go on a vacation agian. So I'm really mad at being cheated of my hard earned cash. However, I have to be honest. The tour was nice and worth seeing and experiencing as long as you only pay once. So beware if you have a Groupon voucher it will not be honored here.

Hello Ldythrpst, thank you for coming to Chocolate Kingdom and glad you enjoyed the tour. As far as Groupon is concerned, we have stopped dealing with them for a long while. We understood that it was an inconvenience, and that's why we gave you a discount on the tour tickets. You paid $37 to Groupon for 2 tickets and we only charged you $31.84 to go on the tour. Groupon should be able to refund you your money for their Groupon Voucher, if they don't please let us know so that we can do everything we can so that they can refund you your money. We are sorry to hear about your disease and hope you recover soon. Again, we are glad you enjoyed the tour.
