The Hana Highway is a 64.4-mile-long (103.6 km) , longest, coastal scenic route in the world. To the east of Kalepa Bridge, the highway continues to Kipahulu as Hawaii Route 31 (the Piilani Highway). This tour covers 59 single lane bridges, over 640 turns and curves, through lush, tropical rainforest. Most of the concrete and steel bridges date back to 1910
2
Ho'okipa Beach Park
Ho'okipa Beach is considered the windsurfing capital of the world, you can enjoy watching wind surfers, kite boarders and surfers challenge the oceans waves and shoreline winds. This is also the Threatened Hawaiian Green Sea Turtle capital of Maui, with 200-pound turtles feeding along the shoreline and basking on the beach all day long.
3
Bamboo Forest
The impressive bamboo forest on the side of Hana Highway on the way to Hana
4
Ke‘anae Point
Small Hawaiian villages doing their best to live like the Hawaiians of old. Hunting pigs and growing taro, bread fruit, and Bananas are all big parts of everyday life in this small community. It’s also the site of the famous Half Way to Hana Snack stand; shave ice, fresh coconut, cold drinks and of course the Original Fresh Baked Banana Bread. The Keanae overlook and peninsula offer views of one of the largest taro farms in Hawaii.
5
Kaumahina State Wayside Park
Kaumahina State Wayside Park or Kaumahina State Park, is located in Maui County, Hawaii, 28.3 miles East of Kahului and 22.4 miles West of Hana along the Hana Highway. The park consists of 7.8 acres of forest and exotic plants

Upper Waikani Falls
Upper Waikani Falls is often referred to as Three Bears, thanks to the three separate but parallel falls of differing lengths—with the third and smallest being the “baby bear” falls on the right.

Wailua Falls
Wailua Falls is perhaps the tallest roadside waterfall on the Hana Highway. This is most popular waterfalls and most congested. For everyones safety we will make a stop here if it is safe to do so if there is a parking.

We'll drive over Oheo bridge and you will be able to see the 7 sacred pools, in the famous Kipahulu area.

Pua'a Ka'a State Park
It is fairly easy to access the waterfall from here. Some people like to take a dip in the chilly waters by the waterfall and on a hot day. Wear swim suit layered and bring change of clothes. Don't forget the towels.

Harold Rice Park
Rice Park is located across from Kula Country Farms on Lower Kula Road with a beautiful bi-coastal view.

This trip was a disaster. Guide called at 6:10 am to say we we're late. I told him mtg time was 6:30. He said I sounded like I had just woken up - not true. He was the most unprofessional guide I ever spoke with. He insulted me, then hung up and would not answer as I called back twice. I went outside to the mtg point. When I found him, I asked why he was rude & hung up and would not answer my calls afterward. He became very aggressive and started to approach me as though he wanted to fight. I told him I wasn't going to put my wife and kids on a bus with a jerk like him for 10 hours. I called the booking company immediately and explained everything. They said they would have the owner of Stardust Hawaii contact me. Andrea called me later and said she couldn't comment until she spoke w/ the guide. She asked when my flight was leaving for home, as I told her we were leaving the next day. The booking company could not have been more professional, and refunded my money after Andrea left a message telling me she was not refunding our money. My advice is never do business w/ Stardust Hawaii. As we learned by reading reviews of them, they have a history of guides treating people terribly. They also always blame customers in their responses - as they will no doubt do to me after this review. We took the tour on our own and salvaged our last day in Maui.

Thanks for sharing your part. I personally spoke to the day before and scheduled your pickup time for 6:00 AM and you confirmed it. All other parties were on time and had to wait for you and your family. Our driver left 6:22 am after you told him you were not going. It is unfortunate you had to argue with the guide but all of it could be avoided if you were on time.

5 years ago I drove the entire road to Hana and back and while that was an amazing trip, this was even better with our guide Rory. The Mercedes very comfortable, even for the winding and rocky road to Hana. The 2 highlights of the trip were swimming in a waterfall and actually driving around the back side of the mountain (something you are unable to do with a car rental). Our guide was knowledgeable of the entire island and the history of the Polynesian people. This was by far our best trip in Hawaii.
