Experience the fusion of adrenaline and nature as you spend three hours on Colorado’s most unique zip-line tour. The zip-line's design highlights the geologic features found only in Seven Falls. Feel the wind in your hair as you ride the Fins course which features 5 zip-lines ranging from 300 to 1800 feet, 2 suspension bridges, and a 180-ft assisted rappel.
All guests must weigh between 90 and 250 pounds, fully clothed. This is a strict weight limit for everyone's safety.

Participants must wear closed-toed shoes (all toes must be in the same compartment; 5-toed shoes are unacceptable)
Participants cannot be or possibly be pregnant
Participants must be of sober mind (no alcohol, legal, or illegal substances)
Please dress appropriately for the weather
Small pouches are available for wallets, cell phones, keys, etc. in case you want to bring them on the ziplines. Large cameras or backpacks can be brought up with the participant but will be transported to the participant at the end by ground support staff. These items can not go on the course itself, but can be used inside Seven Falls in the end.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time
Tours may be affected by weather. Delays are possible.

Experience the thrill of soaring over steep drops, unique rock formations and jagged cliffs, and across Seven Falls Canyon on the Fins Course. This course also features several custom-built suspension bridges and a controlled 180-foot rappel to the canyon floor at the end. All participants must weigh between 90 and 250 lbs, wear closed toed shoes, not be pregnant, and of sober mind.

Our guides Scott and Derrick were AMAZING! Made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the experience, they were very personable, and provided excellent 5-star, 5-diamond service the Broadmoor is known for! The Fins course was right for our group - it provided a bit more adventure with the 2 suspension bridges and assisted repel. The views were amazing! Going in mid-September was great weather. Would recommend sunglasses and sunscreen. If taking go-pro will need to use head mount, but need to be mindful that hands on the handlebar will obscure viewing. Explore other mounting options and check footage for proper angles.

What a blast. We were the only 2 on the fins course that morning, with Derek and Matt as our guides. Yes at first a little intimidating, but wow, what an exciting morning. The views from up there are spectacular. The suspension bridge was a little scary for me, but we got through it and it was so worth it. They help you all the way. Their #1 priority is safety, and you get that, but they also want you to have fun. And we did.. If you are staying anywhere in Colorado Springs, do the zip line. You will not regret it. HeyHey
