Experience the fusion of adrenaline and nature as you spend three hours on Colorado’s most unique zip-line tour. The zip-line's design highlights the geologic features found only in Seven Falls. Feel the wind in your hair as you ride the Fins course which features 5 zip-lines ranging from 300 to 1800 feet, 2 suspension bridges, and a 180-ft assisted rappel.
All guests must weigh between 90 and 250 pounds, fully clothed. This is a strict weight limit for everyone's safety.

Participants must wear closed-toed shoes (all toes must be in the same compartment; 5-toed shoes are unacceptable)

Participants must be of sober mind (no alcohol, legal, or illegal substances)
Please dress appropriately for the weather
Small pouches are available for wallets, cell phones, keys, etc. in case you want to bring them on the ziplines. Large cameras or backpacks can be brought up with the participant but will be transported to the participant at the end by ground support staff. These items can not go on the course itself, but can be used inside Seven Falls in the end.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time
Tours may be affected by weather. Delays are possible.

Experience the thrill of soaring over steep drops, unique rock formations and jagged cliffs, and across Seven Falls Canyon on the Fins Course. This course also features several custom-built suspension bridges and a controlled 180-foot rappel to the canyon floor at the end. All participants must weigh between 90 and 250 lbs, wear closed toed shoes, not be pregnant, and of sober mind.

Our family of four including 12 & 14 year old kids had a blast on the Fins course zip line tour. It was definitely one of the highlights of our week in Colorado. Jeremy and Lane were fantastic guides - professional in keeping us safe but super funny and personable. Jeremy did a great job drawing out our 12 year old and had all of us laughing. The scenery is beautiful and the adrenaline runs high. Amazing experience!

My dad and I did the Fins course on a Saturday afternoon in August. We were lucky to have Steve and Dylan as our guides. Our expectations were far surpassed by the quality of the course and guides. While it was very scary, Steve and Dylan made it extremely fun and helped to calm our nerves in order to fully enjoy the experience. It was a lifelong memory made and we were lucky to share it with such great guides. Would recommend to anyone looking for an extreme adventure!

KJO and AC gave us the thrill of our lives on the Broadmoor Fins zip line course. The combination of spectacular natural beauty with heart stopping zip lining makes this unique adventure a must! Our guides were AWESOME--funny, supportive, knowledgeable and passionate about their piece of Colorado. Can't wait to do it again!!
