Experience the fusion of adrenaline and nature as you spend three hours on Colorado’s most unique zip-line tour. The zip-line's design highlights the geologic features found only in Seven Falls. Feel the wind in your hair as you ride the Fins course which features 5 zip-lines ranging from 300 to 1800 feet, 2 suspension bridges, and a 180-ft assisted rappel.
All guests must weigh between 90 and 250 pounds, fully clothed. This is a strict weight limit for everyone's safety.

Participants must wear closed-toed shoes (all toes must be in the same compartment; 5-toed shoes are unacceptable)
Participants cannot be or possibly be pregnant
Participants must be of sober mind (no alcohol, legal, or illegal substances)
Please dress appropriately for the weather
Small pouches are available for wallets, cell phones, keys, etc. in case you want to bring them on the ziplines. Large cameras or backpacks can be brought up with the participant but will be transported to the participant at the end by ground support staff. These items can not go on the course itself, but can be used inside Seven Falls in the end.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time
Tours may be affected by weather. Delays are possible.

Experience the thrill of soaring over steep drops, unique rock formations and jagged cliffs, and across Seven Falls Canyon on the Fins Course. This course also features several custom-built suspension bridges and a controlled 180-foot rappel to the canyon floor at the end. All participants must weigh between 90 and 250 lbs, wear closed toed shoes, not be pregnant, and of sober mind.

The Broadmoor Fins course was fabulous! The guides (Tuttle and Natalie) were skilled and made you feel confident and safe doing this course. It's fun, its inspiring and is a unique experience. We did this as a couple and we are both in our 60's! If we can do it anybody can do it.

My wife and I did the Fins course zipline with JAY and MAY(Mariah). They were both great! This was our first ever zipline experience and the bar has definitely been set very high. Our guides explained everything and made us feel safe and comfortable at all times. The suspension bridge and last two ziplines were intense, but so much fun! We read lots of reviews and saw complaints about getting back to your car after the tour was over. Honestly, it couldn't have been easier. The guides explained exactly what to do to get back to your car if you decided to stay in the park, or you could just ride back to your car if you didn't want to stay in the park. Either way, just ask any questions you may have and the guides explain everything. My wife and I had an amazing experience and we plan on going back. We wanted to leave an additional tip for the guides, but were unable to because the shop and the restaurant in the park do not have ATM machines, nor does the shop let you get cash back on purchases. So you may want to bring cash if you want to leave an extra tip. GB/RE

The zip line tour at the Broadmoor was amazing! The view was spectacular! I am terrified of heights but had promised my kids I would do it. Our guides Neil and Thomas helped me conquer my fear and made my first experience zip lining one I will never forget. Thank you Neil and Thomas you all were fantastic.
