Experience the fusion of adrenaline and nature as you spend three hours on Colorado’s most unique zip-line tour. The zip-line's design highlights the geologic features found only in Seven Falls. Feel the wind in your hair as you ride the Fins course which features 5 zip-lines ranging from 300 to 1800 feet, 2 suspension bridges, and a 180-ft assisted rappel.
All guests must weigh between 90 and 250 pounds, fully clothed. This is a strict weight limit for everyone's safety.

Participants must wear closed-toed shoes (all toes must be in the same compartment; 5-toed shoes are unacceptable)

Participants must be of sober mind (no alcohol, legal, or illegal substances)
Please dress appropriately for the weather
Small pouches are available for wallets, cell phones, keys, etc. in case you want to bring them on the ziplines. Large cameras or backpacks can be brought up with the participant but will be transported to the participant at the end by ground support staff. These items can not go on the course itself, but can be used inside Seven Falls in the end.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time
Tours may be affected by weather. Delays are possible.

Experience the thrill of soaring over steep drops, unique rock formations and jagged cliffs, and across Seven Falls Canyon on the Fins Course. This course also features several custom-built suspension bridges and a controlled 180-foot rappel to the canyon floor at the end. All participants must weigh between 90 and 250 lbs, wear closed toed shoes, not be pregnant, and of sober mind.

My two daughters experienced the Fins course on Sunday. It was a truly awesome experience and exceeded their high expectations. The girls were driven up the mountain by very informative Justin and guided by super attentive and enthusiastic Carl and Cody. The course of zip lines, rope bridges and final rappel down the mountain had great variety and was a perfect Colorado experience with soaring views and tons of fun. Many thanks to everyone on the team! BTW set aside an extra hour for the two beautiful hikes, which you can do at no extra cost with your adventure tickets.

Great course, great guides. The course design is progressive to prepare you for each next step. The excitement builds with each run. Our guides, Sam & Leah did an exceptional job of making everyone comfortable and not rushing us through the course. It was clear that the Broadmoor did not spare any expense on quality or safety. It made me feel very confident that everything was well maintained and very safe. I see lot's of roadside Zip lines - this is experience is first class from start to finish.
