Experience the beauty of a rafting trip along the Colorado River near Fisher Towers, a short drive from Moab. Seemingly untouched by civilization, the landscape of stunning red rock canyons cut by the Colorado River provides awe-inspiring vistas throughout the day. Between thrilling bouncy rapids, you can swim, take photos and listen as your guide shares informative commentary about the ecology, wildlife and human history of the region. Choose either a half-day or full-day trip and enjoy an incredible rafting excursion for the whole family.

With various departures during the day at 9:00 am, 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm, the half-day trip can fit into most schedules. Bring the whole family on a fun-filled half-day Colorado River trip that runs about 7 river miles (11 km) with fantastic scenery and moderate rapids. Noon departures include a lunch by the riverside.

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking; minimum weight requirement is 50 lbs (23 kg)
Inflatable kayaks are available upon request at no charge, please provide the request in the special requirements field at the time of booking
Please note, prior to departure, all travelers will be required to sign a liability release
Minimum age is 8 years
It is recommended to bring: Sturdy footwear (no shoes like flip flops/crocs!), quick dry clothing, spring or fall rain suit, swimsuit or fast drying shorts, sun screen, lip balm, hat and a camera (preferably waterproof)
This river trip needs a minimum of 4 individuals to run. If your trip does not meet the minimum the day prior, you will be offered other tour options or get a full refund (Another option is to pay for the remaining fares)

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Great fun! I had an amazing boat crew and Katie (our guide) was the best! Request her if you can. I thought there would be larger rapids, but the highest was a two. Great for taking photos though. I ended up even being able to kayak because one of the kayakers didn’t show— highly recommend!

I was so excited to go rafting in Moab. I called and checked their site and saw half-day RAFTING for $95. I didn't see the level of the falls. Upon calling (twice for questions and to book), they said it was class 1-2 rapids. They also confirmed it would be "paddle" rafting as opposed to motor rafting. I didn't mind that it wouldn't be an intense rafting experience, but was looking forward to paddling on the water. We got there, they gave us lunch (didn't see that on the itinerary and of course, I ate right beforehand so I missed out on this). Then we got in rafts and didn't touch a paddle. We floated for an hour and a half for almost $100 a person.... The guides were AMAZING! The view was incredible. But overall...I'm extremely disappointed and will have to I guess ask even more questions and specifics next time I try and plan a fun trip.

I strongly recommend this rafting trip!! Our guide was Carter and he was exceptional! Not only did he work hard to give us a great ride, he is also knowledgeable and entertaining. The whole experience was fun and very organized. We felt very safe. This rafting trip is great for beginners like us but yet we did go over a few rapids and got wet in places, making it a very fun time.
