My daughter chose to go here for her birthday. It did not disappoint. Our entire family had a great time! I’m usually one to be worried about safety etc but once I got there and saw the emphasis they put on safety, and the quality of their equipment, I felt completely comfortable. The staff is AMAZING. My youngest child wanted to try the kids course but once she got on the practice course she got scared and didn’t want to anymore. The staff was SO good with her. And they gave us a refund, no problem. They were very attentive to people on the course and seemed to want to be there. They were encouraging, helpful, friendly, and when my daughter dropped her glasses while on the black course a staff member offered to, and actually did, take them back up to her. Not everyone in our group made it through the entire course. We were there for hours and it was physically exhausting and a real challenge, which is exactly what we were looking for! Thanks Flagstaff Extreme!!

My husband and I were looking for something fun to do while in Flagstaff and this adventure course did not disappoint. We are both over the age of 50 and in fairly decent shape, and the course was challenging but not overly difficult, however we only went to level three. Unfortunately it was a Saturday and the wait in between obstacles was fairly long. We did level one in about an hour and skipped level 2. It took about another hour to get through level 3, so if the wait hadn't been so long we would have gone on to level 4 and 5. However, the time spent in the trees, and hanging out with the group of people that we ended up with was very enjoyable, and the weather was perfect (we live in Phoenix so it was a great escape from the heat!). If we went again, I would definitely bring gloves and you can bring a small backpack for water. Once you are up and starting a level, you can't really come down unless you have them rescue you :). We paid $10 for two bottles of water and hooks that hooked to our harness, but you definitely want to have water on you for the course. I would highly recommend this as a fun family day especially if you have pre-teens or teens. It's a little scary, but pushes you to do things you might not ever do and it's a lot of fun regardless of your age.

We have a 14 and 17 year old boys who loved the adult course. Felt safe, and well trained to navigate the course. My husband enjoyed it too, and made it through 4 of the 5 courses. Beautiful venue, staff was helpful, and even though we went on a crowded (Good Friday) day overall the course kept moving. The younger course is fun too for the little kids!
