The tour was a lot of fun and the guide knew a lot of great ghost stories. She was also able to smoothly work around some unplanned people interrupting the tour.

Nothing really. There was no charisma. Hard to hear the guide over the train passing by. Did not know about the extended tour. I will not recommend this experiencing going forward. Guide did a good job but I think it could have been better.
