This was a complete waste of time and money. We visited Flagstaff for a day to escape the heat. We spent two hours of our precious time on the phone with customer service trying to resolve access issues. We restarted our phones and closed the app at least a dozen times at the request of the tech support agent. After finally getting the team set up, we disconnected the call only to discover that only two of the three tickets purchased were available. They refused to issue a refund even though the app did not work properly. It is unethical to charge customers for an activity or service that is not accessible.

Poor quality, too promotional . Cute for eight year olds who enjoy taking selfies. No challenge. Not for adults interested in discovering a city by answering challenging questions.
