My colleagues and I are incredibly disappointed and unhappy we are with the tour we were given by Robert Weinberg. One simple request to be flexible became a such a big deal for Robert that he then decided to take out his anger, cursing and unprofessional behavior on our group. We were never given a tour of any kind, and Robert even tried to tell me what my group wanted and didnā€™t want after knowing them for less than 10 minutes. Rather than taking me aside and talking to me about other options, he even said ā€˜your group doesn't give a $%^*#* about thisā€™ so decided to just take us to a bar and end the tour. He spoke to my colleagues as though they couldnā€™t understand what he was saying, about even though we told him multiple times that we all speak English fluently. Robert was disrespectful, offensive, and arrogant, boasting about where him and his family went to school and the degrees they held. For someone who has only worked with international audiences, I still cannot believe that an individual who works in tourism can be so distasteful and outright rude.
