If youā€™re looking for a little history, some interesting sites, and great food that will fill your belly this is the tour for you. Weā€™ve done food tours all over and usually you just get a small sample taste of a few things. The portions were full sized on this tour, so go hungry! The cheesesteak wasnā€™t the best Iā€™ve had, but I loved the pretzel (go for the spicy mustard), tomato pie, and cookie. The Reading terminal is a great place to end. Explore there afterwards for more good eats. Iā€™d recommend this food tour to others!

Took a quick trip to Philadelphia and thought this tour would give us a sampling of local food- however this was more than a ā€œsampleā€...just saying you wonā€™t be hungry after this tour. Not only was the food great but our guide(Adam) was so friendly and shared with us historical information, points of interest and more. Highly recommend it!

This was even better than I could have imagined. We had a wonderful guide Aaron. It was supposed to be his first day but you never would have known it. He was extremely organized and paced his walking so everyone, even a few older folks, could keep up enjoyably. I liked the way he got us all to introduce ourselves in the beginning. It created a good camaraderie so we felt relaxed together throughout the tour. There was much more Philadelphia history incorporated than I expected and that was terrific. The food included pretzels (and their history), cookies, Philly cheese steak, tomato pie, and donuts. Wow! The bottles of cold water were greatly appreciated on a hot day too.
