We booked the tour the morning of for one time but time got away from us. I called 45 minutes before the cruise to see if we could switch to the next tour. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and made the switch for us!!!! We saw LOTS of dolphins, even baby dolphins! We had a great time for a great price! I would take this tour again! I recommend it if you’re in the area. Easy parking just steps from the dock.

They didn't wait for us to arrive. Board departure by 11:45 am but it didn't wait. Hence we missed the trip and lost the money

You arrived to the location after departure time. Signing up and getting on the boat takes time. We want to give our customers who arrived on time the full tour length and experience. You are asking us to take 15 minutes from their tour time which is unacceptable by you arriving late. We did however let you be refunded 50% which is very generous knowing the refund policy is supposed to be nothing.

We saw dolphins almost the entire time and had 3 very up close awesome encounters! Also saw 100s of jellyfish and huge sea turtle! Very nice boat and great crew! Highly recommend!
