Your day begins with a 30-minute or 1-hour or airboat tour deep into the 4,200 acres (1,699 hectares) of protected swamps, marshes and rivers that make up the Central Florida Everglades. Your US Coast Guard captain will give you an in-depth look at the gators, birds, eagles, trees and plants that make up these beautiful wetlands. The guide was awesome. We got to see a alligator in the wild. Also so baby alligators in the wild. My husband had never been on an airboat ride and he had a great time.

Being able to see the native animals in their natural habitat, we where blessed to see a momma gator with babies, Captain Todd was a true educator took every opportunity to explain not only the animals we seen but what they would eat, how they lived etc. The live gator show and was an education as well.

We did the Ultimate Adventure package, which included animal encounters, the airboat tour, lunch, and the drive-thru safari park. We can't say enough good things about the park and its staff. Three weeks removed from a hurricane and major flooding, the park was close to back to normal. We'd like to thank Morgin for the animal encounters, as she did a great job educating and making sure that each of the 4 guests on tour had enough time with each animal. I know most people go for the sloths, but being able to feed and interact with a lemur was my highlight. Also being able to feed, pet, and just generally love the capybara (rodents of unusual size) was wonderful. Hearing them coo while having their chins and bellies rubbed was the highlight of my day!
