Really didn’t see much other than the same birds. Saw only alligator and barely saw that one. Recommend you take the trip in cooler weather. June through September sucks!!! The guide was nice just not much to see. I don’t think I would go back.

Wanted to try something new on this trip to Florida. Our airboat ride and animal encounters didn’t disappoint. The facility was great and it seems as though you are more up close and personal with the animals. Our boat guide made the ride informational and enjoyable.

I paid for tickets online for myself, my wife, daughter, grandson for the airboat ride on 7/15/20. There web site said there was a 15% discount for Florida residents but there was no way to apply for the discount on the website. When I checked on at the attraction the person where you sign in said that he would contact their billing department and have the 15% deducted from my card balance. It as been 3 days and no refund has been added to my account. The ride was enjoyable and the guide was very knowledgeable. My only issue is the promised discount.
