Your day begins with a 30-minute or 1-hour or airboat tour deep into the 4,200 acres (1,699 hectares) of protected swamps, marshes and rivers that make up the Central Florida Everglades. Your US Coast Guard captain will give you an in-depth look at the gators, birds, eagles, trees and plants that make up these beautiful wetlands. I was hesitant to do the air boat ride bc I don't like going on boats much. However, this was a blast! Captian Farmer did a great job with our group. We got to see lots of widlife different burds, eagles and gators. It started raining while we were out but we had brought our rain jackets with so we were prepared. We definitely would do the airboats again! After, we went thru the animal side and drove thru the safari section at the end. They had a lot of different animals. They did a couple of short gator shows which were interesting. We were able to buy gator food and feed the gators from a bridge. They had a cafe on site. It took a bit to get our food (about 15-20 mins) but there were a few groups ordering. The food was priced reasonably for an attraction. The Safari drive thru park was ok. We saw animals but they weren't too active. The gift shop was nice and also had reasonably priced gifts. We would definitely recommend this stop and will go back if we ever get to FL again.

We have done the 30 min which was cool. 1 hour is worth the extra! Great trip! Great tour! Great staff! Constant improvements!! See you in 3 years!

My family and I visited wild Florida In early January. Our tickets included a half hour airboat tour and admission to the park! If you’re dead set on seeing gators on your airboat ride I’d suggest going in warmer months when they are more active and easier to spot! Unfortunately we didn’t see any due to cloudy weather but the other wildlife was simply fantastic! The park itself is better than any zoo I’ve ever visited and absolutely full of fun things to do’
