Your day begins with a 30-minute or 1-hour or airboat tour deep into the 4,200 acres (1,699 hectares) of protected swamps, marshes and rivers that make up the Central Florida Everglades. Your US Coast Guard captain will give you an in-depth look at the gators, birds, eagles, trees and plants that make up these beautiful wetlands. We took a group of 12 (including 6 adults with cognitive and physical limitations) to visit Wild Florida. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and supportive. We would highly recommend the 1/2 day package - well worth the $. Food was good and there was a good selection. This was the best time we've had in Florida (even preferred it to the parks).

The air boat ride was awesome! We saw two baby alligators, an eagle, several different cranes, and other wildlife. The staff were nice. I didn’t realize the air boat tickets included entrance to the Gator Park and paid for two tickets to the park two hours before the boat ride. I had purchased the air boat tickets on-line several days before visiting. When we checked in for the boat ride, the staff saw the park bands and asked if we had paid for park tickets. They quickly refunded me for the park tickets.
