Kacey was the captain and tour guide who was very informational and showed us a lot of alligators and wildlife. She had a good eye and always found stuff we would have missed otherwise. Rick out bus driver was pleasant and got us there safely and in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

The entire Everglades experience was ruined for me and my family by a driver who rushed us through the tour so that he could get back to pick up the next group. The tour guide at the park was great and the show was great but if you want to enjoy the experience you should use a different company for transportation to and from. The driver seemed to be in a bad mood and has terrible people skills. If you have kids this is the last driver you want to get in the car with.

Mr Marcus was on AirB&B and he need go with family on first meeting point, I provide the private transportation for him because he have family with children including one infant but unfortunately I see on this review he was not happy. This trip is 4 hours including transportation round trip to the park and the time at the Park. We're working with schedule and he like stay longer at the park and maybe enjoyed picnic time with family. Sometimes is like this you try make people happy and give it to them private service but some people need more and more. Very sad.

We got ripped off. We paid for 4 hour tour when it was only one hour. The show and the alligators were cool which made the experience better.

Customer totally not understanding concept of this trip because not Pait attention on description of this tour. All package is 4 hours included round trip from Fort Lauderdale hotels and time at the Park. Usually Customers must know how long will be this tour from the pickup to drop off. I am apologize that Customer really not understand about this trip.
