Great day with captain Brett. Caught Over 20 peacock and largemouth bass , some of which were 3.5-4 pounds. Fun to catch.

Myself, My son and his girlfriend booked trip and we’re given an address for the meeting location. We took an UBER to the location which ended up in the middle of nowhere land. I called the number and the captain said I need to meet him off I-75. I requested his gps location and it was 35 minutes away. It all sounded “fishy” and made me very uncomfortable with his whole demeanor and being agitated. I’m from Indy and not familiar with this area at all. The UBER driver was helpful but was a little impatient and needed us to decide. I told him to take us back to Orlando. I called the driver and said that we are not attending due to the erroneous meeting location and other safety concerns. I emailed the people for my refund but they never refunded my money and said I canceled so no refund. I bought 3 fishing licenses and would have been on the boat if they gave me a legitimate address. I’m going to as Trip Advisor for the refund and then AMEX. I would NOT recommend this fishing agency !!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry for the delay in responding, we actually did before and for some reason, it did not post. We are sincerely sorry for the mix up in locations, but what you seem to leave out. Was the trip was an afternoon trip, the captain was on a morning trip in a different location but not far away. He called you to move the location because of the afternoon storms (rain showers). Yes, you are correct these locations are in the middle of the Everglades so there are no street addresses to give. So to summarize, the weather caused the change, we were trying to accommodate you instead of calling the trip because we know you had traveled a distance. And for that, we are very sorry it didn't work out. But we are forbidden by regulations to fish in lighting and unsafe weather conditions. Regarding your refund, even that you decided to head back north without notice and our captain when to the location and waited. When we heard from you and realized you headed back north, we still offered you a full refund. The problem is that all credit card refunds take 2 or 3 days to transfer back through banks...obviously not something we can control....but you have received a full refund on your deposit. Regarding the fishing license that is a state policy of no refunds, not even for Florida residents. With that said, we still offered to provide a credit for the cost of those three licenses against any future trip. We obviously never want to see this happen, but fully understand your frustration and hope one day we can provide the type of trip you deserve.

A life-long friend of mine was in town for some military training and he flew his son in from Indiana for the sole purpose of Deep Sea fishing. The day before the outing the forecast called for 8ft seas and 25 knot winds so our charter canceled at noon the day before. I found Captain Wayne and asked about fresh water charters. He said that he was booked (of course) but when he learned about the situation, we worked it out somehow and took myself, my son, my buddy and his son on his Bass Tracker out to Holiday Park. He provided EVERYTHING and we each caught OVER 10 bass each and we couldn't have had anymore fun! I HIGHLY RECOMEND Bass Online and Captain Wayne. I'm booking that Salt Water Trip with Captain Wayne too!
