What To Expect
1
Thompson &Twain Prospecting Co
Sample precisely handcrafted cocktails served up in a old west mining town speakeasy. Bar fights, catcalling, bounty hunting, hollering, and cheating at dice are strictly prohibited.
2
Europa Village Wineries & Resort
Let the authentic architecture and culture of Bolero Winery take you on a culinary journey through Spain. From the humble farm-to-table cuisines of Asturia, to the majesty of modern interpretations coming from San Sebastian or Barcelona, Bolero Restaurante's menu celebrates the centuries-old tradition of dining and drinking together in Tapas style. Here you'll sample morsels of Jamon Iberca, and native cheeses including Tronchon, Tetilla, and Manchego, paired with Bolero's wines.
3
Robert Renzoni Winery
Robert Renzoni honored his family's five generations in the wine business by building this Tuscan villa-styled winery on Temecula's DePortola Trail. Sample three different home-made pastas from Mama Rosa's Trattoria: Paul Palumbo's Gnocchi, Pancetta Mac & Cheese made with Orecchiette pasta, and Grilled Vegetable Ravioli smothered in house marinara topped with asiago and fresh basil. With your nosh, choose either a glass of Renzoni vino (we like the Sangiovese), or a draft beer including Italian Peroni and cult fave Pliny the Elder.
4
Sugarplum Zoo and Chocolates
Lani Rager rescues exotic animals, and she concocts exquisite chocolates for five-star hotels in her home-based chocolatier. You'll stop by and sample mouthwatering cocoa confections and meet the menagerie, including a zebra, camel, and crowd-favorite Odette the dwarf horse.
