The wi-fi in the van did not work. I needed it for work. The driver was unclear on exactly on where to meet him

We arrived at FLL and could not find the Van. We asked inside the airport and they told us where to go stand. We asked the security outside they told us the same place so it seemed we were in the correct please. after waiting 20 minutes I tried calling all 3 numbers I could find on the reservation. NO ONE would answer the phone I tried 30 times. My son was able to finally get someone on the phone, we had been waiting 45 minutes by this time. Finally after waiting almost 1.5 hrs in the heat they showed up. There customer service phone number does not work!

We appreciate your feedback but : appointment time was 2.15 pm flight information was nk 1877 landed 1.53 pm driver was on location when viator call us at 1.25 pm , driver pick you up a few minutes after 1.50 pm you did not call the supplier directly if you arrived in another flight we did not received any notification from you We really care about all customers as you can see in all our 5 stars reviews in this case we do not recognized this complain as legit
