Transportation service was just what I paid for. No more, no less. The advertisement said that water bottles were provided, but when I asked if we were to get water bottles, I was told I should have asked before the service started. Driver was not very friendly.

Hi Laura We really apologize for this , driver always supposed to have water for the guess , we will find out "Why" he did not comply with our regulations and get it fix , you dont have to request water before the service we have to have what we offer !! , thank you for your feedback , its very important for us to improve the entire Fast Ice Limousine experience
