This trip was a bit of a disappointment. We were picked up at the Embassy Suites at 530am in Ft. Lauderdale and expected to be on the bus, but were picked up by a shuttle driver that took us to the bus, and then for the next 2.5 hours, we picked up alot of other folks...finally made it on the way to Key West around 830am, and we were told we would stop for bathroom at 9am. However, there were 2 accidents that kept us locked in traffic for almost 2 hours..so no stop u til we finally got to Key West at 1230pm..that was 7 hours one way! They told us to meet the bus at 6pm. Now, Key West is a lovely, tourist town, and we are not museum goers or shoppers or tour takers or bar hoppers so we really didn't need 6 hours, but we made the best of it and rented a scooter..that was fun! VERY HOT DOWN THERE so bring water and sunscreen!!! Nice town! Then we got on the bus at 6 and made it back to Miami around 915pm, then proceeded to drop allllll those people off and then at 1030 we met up with our shuttle driver and made it back to our car at 1115pm! It would be nice if the company told you that there are multiple stops before you get on the road to Key West...much better if you just drive yourself. Air conditioning on the bus could be a bit better too. Not gonna do that again šŸ˜”

Do not book this tour!! The tour states "Face Masks are Mandatory onboard the buses" That is a LIE!! Most of the people on the bus were NOT wearing a face mask and at no point did the bus driver ask them to put it on. I was told "we can't force people to wear masks. The tour states "Social distancing enforced throughout experience" which is a lie. The bus was PACKED with people asking to sit next to total strangers. I paid $198 for me and my sister to take a bus ride we were told would take 4 hours, we left our hotel at 5:40 am and got to Key West at 12 pm. We were tired and tried to sleep on the way home and people were loud making it impossible,. I asked them to be quiet (then the bus driver thanked me for asking them) and they proceeded to yell RACIST insults at me while not wearing a mask for the duration of the ride home with no one, including the driver, intervening. If you don't care about your health and want to pay nearly $200 to be exposed to a deadly airborne disease while being verbally abused and called racial slurs this trip is for you.

Hi, We appreciate your review. However, there is false information here. We enforce Masks to be on to our best ability. The driver is repeatedly asking for everyone to keep their mask on for the whole duration of the drive. We have plenty of "Masks are required at all times" signs around the bus too. We do practice this to the best of our ability. Also, we never travel with more than 25 passengers on a 56 seat bus so it is impossible that the bus was "packed" as you claim. There should be a seat for everyone without having to be next to other passengers. As for the drive, it is a 4 hour ride once we leave Miami. We picked you up early because you were staying in Fort Lauderdale and that is our first pick up - that time can also be used to catch up on sleep! Now I am sorry that other passengers were being rude and calling out racial slurs, especially in a time like this. I am glad the driver was able to help stop them. We will continue to improve our enforement of the "Mask On" requirement while onboard the bus. Thank you.

The trip was fun, long ride down but was worth it. Friendly atmosphere and the trolly ride was amazing. Food was pretty good, wish I wouldā€™ve tried the key lime pie!
