This world-famous pedestrian path is best experienced on foot, in a small group, with a knowledgeable local guide! This 2.5-hour tour travels the trail from Boston Common to Copp's Hill Terrace, providing guests a chance to see ALL SIXTEEN official landmarks on the Freedom Trail.

Our small-group walking tour delves deeply into the years 1760 to 1776, the tumultuous years leading into the American Revolution. We walk in the footsteps of Colonial Bostonians, all of whom grappled with the difficult—yet essential—question of loyalty or rebellion to crown and country.

This was the best tour I have ever taken. Our tour guide Drew, was knowledgeable, informative and entertaining. The 2.5 hour walking tour was totally enjoyable due to our guide, small group size and the weather. The smaller group size, 14 in our case, allowed us to always hear Drew and interact with him. Drew brought to life the personalities of both the British and colonists that were central to the beginnings of the American Revolution. This included both famous and relatively unknown events and participants. Tour is highly recommended.
