This world-famous pedestrian path is best experienced on foot, in a small group, with a knowledgeable local guide! This 2.5-hour tour travels the trail from Boston Common to Copp's Hill Terrace, providing guests a chance to see ALL SIXTEEN official landmarks on the Freedom Trail.

Our small-group walking tour delves deeply into the years 1760 to 1776, the tumultuous years leading into the American Revolution. We walk in the footsteps of Colonial Bostonians, all of whom grappled with the difficult—yet essential—question of loyalty or rebellion to crown and country.

Our Tour Guide Nick was great. Provided so much information about each site. It was a history 'story' not just a few facts as we walked by each site. No 'schtick' either. I was able to get an idea in my mind what each area probably looked like during revolutionary times. With a smaller group it was easier to hear and see each site. I highly recommend this particular tour.

Guide was knowledgeable, humorous and made it enjoyable. Selected this tour as it included USS Constitution & Bunker Hill. Disappointed that we just got a glimpse of the two.

We do always try to make it to the North End overlook, so folks can at least see the two landmarks from afar, and then decide if they'd like to walk the extra mile to Charlestown.
