We cover the storied history of New Orleans, discussing everything from our resilient culture to the aging architecture. While our carriage tours cover a ton of history, they aren't boring history lectures. My Husband and I were the last to arrive at the tour...still 10 minutes early and the carriage was already full! They moved one of the gentlemen to the front to ride with the driver and left his wife to sit with us on our seat....the seat is not big enough for three adults, two adults and one child yes but not three adults!!! This made our tour very uncomfortable and I was not taking in all of the information our driver was giving us as I was trying not to be too cramped as I was continuously leaning on the woman beside me. The tour would have been very nice if I could have focused on that....I feel ripped off from it though. I would still totally recommend doing this tour but if you show up to your carriage and there is more than two adults per seat I would decline and wait for them to accommodate you. We are generally very good tippers but not this time! When we arrived back to the pick up spot I just wanted out of there quickly as I was so uncomfortable with the situation.
