We were scheduled several days after the storm and after traveling for 45 minutes to the crater we were informed that we couldn’t snorkel and they took us back to shore where they let us snorkel in an area we couldn’t have done for free. Food wasn’t great. Would have been nice if the captain had checked before we went out (there were other boats with snorkelers) - and offered to reschedule or give a refund.

On rare occasions we have to reroute trips due to weather or sea conditions. Swell and wind direction are important safety considerations, and these elements can also affect snorkeling visibility. Our captains and crew are trained to make the best decision for the safety of all passengers and crew. These decisions are rarely, if ever, are made before the vessel leaves the harbor, but are instead made when the captain leaves the harbor and can better judge the currents and swell. We still provide the same trip length and amenities, albeit at a different site. We make every effort to put our guests in the best, safest conditions possible. We strive to provide stellar customer service to all our passengers and guests. While over 90% of our reviewers rate us as excellent or very good, we appreciate and value all feedback our customers choose to provide. The trip itself was incredible and I definitely recommend but do not get the photos they offer. They claim you’ll have them in 48 hours but even after emailing the photographer after the 48 hours we still never received them. It’s very disappointing after enjoying the trip so much and spending an additional $150 that we never got the pictures or videos.

The water is freezing but it’s amazing so totally worth it!! The water is so crystal clear you can see everything!!! It was truly an incredible experience, the staff was amazing!!! Would absolutely recommend this excursion
