EMILY is the best crew in town. We really enjoyed our trip with her and other crews on Malolo ship. So professional, generous, and deep-caring. From start to finish, this may be the best tour in Maui. Highly recommend this for a family. Ride with EMILY. Check-in agent "Adam" is unprofessional and he should be fired. If I were the owner, I would give a big raise and promotion to EMILY and fire Adam.

The trip was enjoyable and well organized overall. The snorkel sites were nice, with plenty to see at each location. There was enough room on board due to COVID restrictions but when full capacity returns, I think it would be a bit tight. The equipment in terms of snorkel, mask, and fins were in good shape and we had no issues with fogging. We did not rent a wetsuit and honestly did not see a need, even as traditionally “cold natured” people. The food options were fine but if you are a clean or healthy eater, consume breakfast ahead and plan to have lunch when the tour wraps up…there are several restaurants in the area. The crew was very knowledgeable, capable, and friendly. The driver did an excellent job navigating the white caps on the return leg. We would recommend for anyone new to snorkeling that is looking for an organized excursion.

Seeing Turtles was great!! Nice crew. Loved sitting up front on the trampoline of the catamaran! Good value!
