Had fun. Saw stuff. Crew very good. Extremely windy out of this harbor. Bring towels and a jacket. Mornings are cool temps. The turtles were very cool!

I had a great time with my group of 6 friends. The crew was great and very informative, nice and fun! We weren’t able to go to one of the snorkeling sites due to high tide so instead we went whale watching and saw 3 Whales. Can’t recommend them enough! Can’t beat the $3 drink specials after snorkeling either! Also got a great pic of 2 out of 3 crew members, hope they see it! Thanks for an amazing time!

We were a little late due to a car wreck holding up traffic. I tried calling 2 times a and left a message letting them know we were going to be late. No answer. We ended up getting to the slip right at the time the boat was departing. They were literally 15 feet off the dock and they would not pull back in to pick us up. Very disappointing but they already had our money. So no reason to come back and pick us up.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. Sounds like you guys were late. Checkin is 30 minutes prior to departure, It's often very difficult to turn the boat around, especially with 30 other passengers onboard. We will look into it with the captain and see what happened. Again, we are very sorry you were late and missed the boat. This isn't something that happens frequently.
