The information provided by Viator was incomplete and not enough info about our trip was given in my email and my family missed our snorkeling trip. Viator would not refund the money or help us to reschedule. Talking with Viator representative, he agreed that the information was misleading. My husband also talked to the company that owns the company and said that this has happened with others. My advice is not to use Viator. I will never use them again.

The snorkeling was really fun. I liked that is was easy for my 8 year old to do. We saw several fish and got to watch a sea turtle rise to the top to breath and go back down. A lot of fun!

Although the email said booked and confirmed, the actual company said Viator oversold (to perhaps 100s) of this snorkeling trip. I would have been a little forgiving had they let me know ahead of time. I still haven’t heard if I have a refund coming my way. What kind of customer service is this?
