We had an amazing experience. We saw several different species of fish. We also saw plenty of turtles. The water was a gorgeous blue. The equipment was clean. The staff was professional and stressed safety. We would do it again!!

We loved our trip aboard the Malolo. We spent about an hour at Molokini crater and an hour at Turtle Town. I'm so glad I picked this instead of a trip only to Molokini (other operators/boats). There weren't nearly as many fish as I expected at Molokini, so if we only went there I would have been disappointed. But the crater was very cool so glad we went. But Turtle Town was awesome ... we saw at least 10 very large turtles while there. This boat is also smaller than other boats that went to Molokini ... we had about 50 people, while some other boats had over 100 ... which meant we had fewer people in the water, which was great. Add in that the price of this was much less than many of the other tours, and this was a fantastic tour!!! The crew was great as well.

The trip itself was nice we went to two locations the first location was crowded and the waters were rough that day. The captain noticed it right away and took us to a second location where the waters were better and there was much more to see. The trip was nice the staff was great however, the boat itself was very crowded there was a party of 24 people that should have been on their own boat. The boat was so crowded there was no where to sit. There was a family of 6 next to us and the mom stood the entire time... There were people all over the boat trying to find a seat, they really should limit the amount of folks allowed on the boat. In addition, the captain kept requesting tips, everyone tipped them but I didn't need to keep hearing his request and giving us their requested amount. Maybe the owners should just pay the staff more then they wouldn't be so reliant on the tips.
