Jordan, J.J. and a third crew member did a wonderful job of taking care of our group. They were very personable, laid back, and at the same time concerned about our safety. We could not make it to Molokini due to rough seas. We were taken to an alternate snorkeling site. After snorkeling, we observed a huge pod of whales for a good half-hour. They were magnificent! We later did a snorkel tour on Kauai with another company. The the Malolo far exceeded that experience (which was more expensive). The Malolo had breakfast waiting for us when we stepped on board. The other company didn't set up our breakfast until after we snorkeled, and we didn't eat prior to boarding. The Malolo also had a wider variety of drinks to offer post snorkeling. Thanks for a great excursion!

Great crew! Great stairs into the water (I have a bad knee so I really appreciated that!). Smaller boat. We stopped a few times for whales ❤️. Breakfast of breads, muffins and fruit. Then lunch with sandwich makings and tasty pineapple coleslaw. *Note Viator did a horrible job in telling us where to go. They gave us a boat slip and it’s not marked, You should go to the Boss Frog store to sign in. We missed our first trip and thankfully Noodle amd his GM took pity on us and booked us for the next day,

The weather didn’t cooperate the day we booked so we did not go to Molikini. We ended up on the South side at Makena Landing but we had just been there two days before. Disappointing wasn’t told that was a possibility.
