If you want to experience snorkeling in Maui you have to call Molokini Snorkeling Adventures on the Calypso! You start off with breakfast then only a 45 minute ride and your snorkeling on a beautiful reef with a lot of fish and we even encountered a Moray eel! You can then jump off the third deck into the beautiful blue ocean for a thrill! After about an hour in the water you take a short ride to Turtle Town. Within 10 minutes in the water we saw several large turtles! Don’t touch or alter the path of these turtles because it can cost you up to a $10,000 fine! Once you get back on the three level boat you’ll enjoy a great BBQ pork sandwich, or Teriyaki Chicken or even a dish for Vegetarians ! After a great lunch since it was whale season (December) we looked for and found amazing Hump Back Whales! They even give you home made cookies for the short ride back! Cash Bar is available for beer and liquor drinks all sodas and juices are included. All this for $110 per person! Best value in Hawaii. Bring cash so you can leave a nice gratuity tip for this AWESOME CREW! Arrive at the docks by 6:45 so you get a parking space and you can get 8 hours of parking time for $4.50. Machine takes cash or CC. Boat leaves by 7:15 am and your back by 1:00pm. Book this early before it’s sold out!

We took the 6.15am tour to Molokini and Turtle town and had the BEST time! The snorking was OK at Molokini, but the clarity of the water and seeing lots of amazing turtles at Makena Landing was epic! A close second to majestic turtles was the staff (Ryan and Jenson), who had amazing service, great tips on where to get local tattoos done and were 100% on to everything, while still being chill and giving off the island vibe. The boat was choice too! Thanks for a primo day and a mean sandwich. Hope to see you guys down under in Aotearoa (NZ) soon!
