The boat was way too crowded and while the crew did their job, they weren’t very personable or overly helpful. My family and I have been on many snorkeling tours in Maui as well as other places. We all rated this tour as just “ok”, not bad but not particularly good either. There were way too many people on the boat which made seating a challenge, my husband had to sit in the back of the boat while my teens and I barely got one cheek each on a seat in front. I wouldn’t go on a tour with this company again.

Captain Carlos and his crew on the Malolo were fantastic! Very concerned about our safety, I felt extremely comfortable with them! We saw all types of sea life (even in octopus!) and tons of turtles!
