Fantastic experience! My husband really wanted to to this tour but I was less excited. I'm not much of a swimmer and wasn't sure I would enjoy it. However, I really did! The staff was amazing! Nice, helpful, very knowledgeable. What I liked best is that there was NO pressure to go in the water if you don't want to which I didn't. There were other people that did not go in either, but we all hung out on the boat and chatted. The majority of people did snorkel of course, but it was nice not to be pressured to do anything. And they fed us! Not only did they put out breakfast muffins, juice, coffee, etc., they include a really nice lunch. Some other details, there was multiple ways to enter the water from the boat: via a very easy staircase in and out of the water or a jumping platform if you're brave. Additionally, we spotted several whales. Sam and Ann were two employees that really went out of their way to make a wonderful experience for everyone. Thank you!!!!

First we showed up to go on our tour at the appointed dock and no one showed up, we tried to call the tour company but it was too early and no one answered the phone. When we finally got though to them we asked what went wrong and were told that the tour had left from another dock on the other side of the marina, and were told that it was our fault for not having contact information with them, which we did, I gave viator my email and was checking my email during our trip. After a bit of arguing with a rather rude woman at the local operators office they agreed to allow us to go on the next days tour.
We were able to actually go on this one but they wanted to end the tour early and we never went to Turtle Town so no turtles on this tour at all. Molokini is nothing special, not a big variety of fish I was able to see many more fish just by going in the ocean near our hotel. And I was able to see tons of turtles again not far from our hotel for free.

Pros : Not very expensive. Snorkelling at the crater and at turtle town itself was enjoyable.
Cons. Of the 3 member crew we only found one of them friendly and attentive . This was our first time snorkelling and we found the Captain pretty rude and very impatient .
Next time I would choose a different tour.
