Horrible service and way too crowded and no one willing to help u because they’re so busy. The person in charge of group was very unprofessional he offers a refund and tells me to call then tells the people not to give me one. Why waste my time or money? Either give a good experience and customer service or don’t, but don’t tell me to try to get a refund and then tell them not to refund me. I would’ve just went about my day.

Snorkeling in the crater was awesome. Weather conditions prevented us from going to turtle town, but the crew came up with alternate snorkeling site. No turtles, but we're safe and still had a great time.
