Trip was canceled due to boat repairs and there was no communication. Dozens of people showed up at 6:00 am with no tour and too late to get on any other boat. Bad business

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Rarely we do need to cancel a tour due to vessel maintenance or weather. We do our best to communicate with passengers through various platforms and we are sorry to hear that wasnt possible with your tour.

My hubby, 12 & 14-yr old kids are strong swimmers but me, and I’ve always been afraid to swim on deep waters on my own… but I did it! I enjoyed my time knowing there’s a crew in the water w/ us on a paddle board and couple more watching on the boat. Lots of floats and pool noodles to utilize. We felt safe. The location was awesome: Molokini & Turtle Town! We got lucky seeing baby & mommy whales (and a male whale following them) on our way back. It was like having an extra whale watching tour because lots of info learned about wild life. Happy how our underwater photos (taken by Mollie) turned out.. we brought our own underwater camera, but I ended up buying the photos cuz I love ‘em. The crew was awesome and super friendly.. thanks Capt. Carlos, Walker & the rest of the team… I highly recommend!
